FACETA DIRETA DE RESINA COMPOSTA COM CERVICAL COR-DE-ROSA: UMA ALTERNATIVA PARA CASOS COM RECESSÃO GENGIVAL

Abstract

Gingival recession increases crown length and promotes aesthetic damage. The present study means a case report about gingiva-colored composite as an alternative approach to gingival recession. A female patient desired to improve the esthetic of her smile, which one showed gingival recession, black spot, deficient restorations and color and position changes, specially of her incisors. Treatment planning offered four direct composite veneers on upper incisors, with gingiva-colored composite on gingival recession, trying to reproduce the natural color of the gingival tissue. This technique may be considered an alternative to gingival recession teeth, at most in cases where esthetic surgery is impossible. This gingival reproduction reached patient’s necessities, in relation to esthetic results.
