National Education Plan (2014-2024) and goal 16: focus on postgraduate and continuing training for basic education teachers
Resumo
The research addresses Goal 16 of the National Education Plan (PNE) 2014-2024, which focuses on the continuing education of basic education teachers. Based on a systematic review of databases such as BDTD, CAPES and Scielo, ten studies were analyzed, categorized into: 1) Valuing Continuing Teacher Education; 2) University and School: Contributions to Teacher Qualification. The results show that continuing training complements initial training and strengthens pedagogical practice, but faces challenges such as lack of investment and effective policies. The study seeks to contribute to reflections on the new PNE (2024-2034) and suggests research into professional development and educational policies.
