A contribuição do supervisor de estágio na formação dos estagiários / Internship Program Counseling to Form New Interns

Resumo

Este artigo tem como proposta apresentar o relato de uma pesquisa realizada com o objetivode identificar as contribuições que o supervisor de estágio oferece ao processo de formação do futuroprofessor. A pesquisa foi realizada durante segundo semestre de 2009 e primeiro semestre de 2010com um grupo de cinco supervisores de campo de estágio, através de entrevistas estruturadas. Oestágio supervisionado é o momento em que o acadêmico assume, de forma abrangente, as funçõesde um professor por meio do contato in loco com a rotina escolar, com o aluno em sala de aula,articulando teoria e prática, sempre no sentido da reflexão da práxis. É o momento, também, noqual o estagiário atravessa limitações e situações inerentes à função de estagiário, mas que com ascontribuições do professor supervisor de estágio desenvolve suas atividades com comprometimentoe com espírito de superação das adversidades. Essa investigação possibilitou identificar as diversascontribuições que o professor supervisor pode oferecer para o estagiário no processo de inserçãono ambiente escolar. Dentre as diferentes contribuições apresentadas pelos supervisores está asegurança que devem transmitir ao estagiário no desenvolvimento de suas atividades como futuroprofessor, bem como o controle sobre atitudes e procedimentos em sala de aula, enfatizando aquelesque precisam ser melhorados e que necessitam de um maior controle do estagiário.

This article aims at presenting a research account carried out in order to check the contributionswhich the internship counselor offers in the process of training the future teacher. The research wasconducted during the second semester of 2009 and the first semester of 2010 consisting of five (5)internship counselors by means of structured interviews. The internship program counseling periodis the moment, at which, the academic undertakes a teacher’s activities, broadly and efficiently,through in loco contact with the school routine, since the student in the classroom will articulateboth the theory and practice, always towards the praxis reflection. It is, also, the moment whichthe interns overcome their limits and situations inherent to their internship program, but with theaid of the internship counselor, they will develop their activities with commitment and in a spiritso as to overcome all of their adversities. This investigation made possible to check the variouscontributions which the internship counselor may offer to the intern within the process of insertion into the school environment. Safety is among the various contributions presented by the internshipcounselors, who must pass it on to their interns during the development of their activities as afuture teacher as well as the control over attitudes and procedures in the classroom by urging thosecounselors who will have to improve and need a better control over their interns.
