This fact explains why most consumer contracts and transportation contracts of people are performed by adhesion, which identifies a cost reduction, treatment’s uniformity and a much more dynamic contractual completion. The questions that should be asked are: What is the dimension and importance of the issue? Is there parity between the parties in a contract of adhesion? How was the issue discussed under a consumerist perspective?
